RHW Plant-Based Cafe & Deli Serves Scratch-Made Sandwiches With Plant-Based Ingredients — Gainesville Dining news

ATLANTA, Ga. (ATL Live) - Classic deli sandwiches are getting an updated, handcrafted spin in Grant Park, where one family-owned business produces its own plant-based meats and cheeses from scratch.Annika and Spenser Tillman, the co-owners of RHW Plant-Based Cafe Deli, stopped by ATL Live with host Ava Braatz to discuss how they developed their menu and neighborhood presence over the past seven years. The café specializes in soy-free deli slices and dairy-free cheese alternatives designed to replicate the flavors and textures of traditional comfort food. Popular menu items include the Classic Reuben—made with house-cured plant-based Corn’d Beeph, smoked gouda, sauerkraut, purple cabbage, and chipotle aioli—as well as the Truffle Lobsta and Da Grinder. In addition to dine-in lunch and counter service, the shop prepares custom charcuterie boards and catering platters featuring sliced meats, cheeses, and crackers for private gatherings and corporate events.RHW Plant-Based Cafe Deli Deta
